Our umbrellas, seatstick umbrellas and seatsticks with initials are personalized and made to your specific order specifications. Consequently, please be sure to check that you have specified your requirements correctly, because we are unable to accept either the cancellation or the return of such goods. Our policy is to display product prices excluding carriage. Consequently, please check the total price payable, inclusive of carriage, prior to confirming your order at the checkout.
Prices and the availability of our products are subject to change without notice. Prices where quoted do not represent an offer but an invitation to treat. If a price changes after an order has been placed the buyer will be notified before the order is processed and will have the opportunity to cancel the order without penalty.
All products are subject to availability.
We aim to dispatch your order within one working day of its receipt for standard products; and within five working days for personalised products. If we foresee production delays going beyond this timescale, we will notify you accordingly and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order without penalty.
Our delivery charge is calculated according to total packed weight (the greater of actual or dimensional weight); geographic region of destination; and standard of service. Our website automatically calculates this charge for you at the checkout. To see our delivery charges, please click here.
We prefer to dispatch goods to a cardholder's registered address . If an incorrect delivery address is specified we reserve the right to charge for additional handling and/or carriage.
We will not be responsible for paying any local taxes, import duties, or customs and excise levies that may be due in your country and any such costs will be borne entirely by the purchaser. It is therefore critical that you determine whether any import duty or restrictions exist prior to ordering from us.

All goods must be inspected upon receipt. If an item is found to have been damaged in transit you must contact us immediately and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. We will not replace or refund damaged goods that are returned to us outside this period.
Goods that become faulty outside the first seven days and which have not been subject to improper use will be eligible for the manufacturer's warranty . Please note that manufacturers may wish to inspect goods prior to arriving at a settlement.
Cancelling an Order:
You have the right to cancel an order for items which we keep in stock, within 7 days of receipt of the goods; specifically excluded from this right are products which are made customized to your own requirements e.g umbrellas, seatstick umbrellas and seatsticks with initials.
To cancel an order you must send us a cancellation notice by e-mail within seven days of receiving the goods and not use the goods. We will not accept order cancellations on goods that have been used. You must take proper care of the goods to enable them to be resold by us and you are required to arrange and pay for the safe return of the goods to us. We will charge you with all our recovery costs should you fail to return the cancelled goods to us.
If you validly cancel an order for an item we will arrange for your account to be re-credited within thirty days with the original cost of the item purchased.
For your own benefit we recommend that you take out insurance (at your own cost) on returned items.
Whenever you place an order with us, your personal and credit card details will be processed using on a server protected by Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This can be verified by looking for the golden padlock in your browser status bar. Once all the information required for the order has been received it is transmitted to us using 128 bit PGP encryption. This ensures we are the only body that is able to read your order. Even if the email was to go astray it would be indecipherable to anyone without our encryption key. For added security your order details are not stored on our server and we do not store credit card details once an order has been processed.
Although we always endeavour to provide accurate information, mistakes can occur. However, we will not be held responsible for consequential losses either direct or indirect occurring from errors or omissions on this website or from the purchase of our products.
Due to the limitations of electronic reproduction, goods received may differ in appearance to those shown on your monitor. We will not be held responsible for changes in specifications outside our control.

Making a Purchase:
To purchase an item from our store simply find the item you require using either the "search" facility or by browsing through the catalogue. Once you find the item enter the quantity (and options if relevant) which you require and then click the "add to basket" button. You can then continue shopping or go to the "checkout".
The cumulative total of all purchases will be shown at the bottom right hand side of the screen and you can see the contents of your "basket" at any time by clicking the "view basket" button.

The following methods of payment are accepted: a). credit card: Visa, Mastercard; b). debit card: Switch, Delta, JCB, Solo, Visa Purchasing; c). cheque (denominated in British Pounds). For orders accompanied by a cheque, our policy is not to dispatch goods until the cheque has cleared.
